Ordering
For slabs and tiles, "no limit for quantity. But, if quantity is more than a container, we can give you a discount." Carvings 50 square metres, nano glass 100 square metres, monuments one set, Portoro one full container as the economic quantity.
"Free samples are available." For carvings: "Samples are usually for free, but the freight would be charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express cost."
"30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance on sight of the copy B/L; western union; irrevocable 100% L/C at sight." Pool tile: 70 percent before shipment.
"7-10 days for first one container after receiving the deposit." Carvings 10 to 30 days, terrazzo 15 to 20 days per container, basins 2 to 4 weeks.
Slabs "plastic inside + strong seaworthy wooden bundle outside"; tiles "foam inside + strong seaworthy wooden crates with reinforced straps outside"; fumigated bundles and pallets; tombstones in a wooden box on a pallet with plastic foam on edges and corners.
"Yes. Please send us the design or drawings of your project for our price calculation." The company has "our own CAD design people".

Client inspection is accepted; third party inspectors are accepted at the client's cost. Agents are welcomed "with market protection and price protection".
